Business (B2B) sales conditions at Oxfam BXL

1. Contact details

It is necessary to inform us once by email (info@oxfambxl.be):

   your customer data

   your "delivery" data

   your billing details

   Last name / First name / Company name / VAT number / Postal address / Mail / Telephone / GSM

2. Discover the products

To discover the products you can:

Come to the store with your team (teambuilding possible of 30 minutes). Ask via info@oxfambxl.be.

Discover the catalog via this site.

 

3. Order method

Please send your order to info@oxfambxl.be before Friday 3 p.m.

To place your order please choose one of the following methods:

   Download the price list and send us your order form

   Ask us for access to the online ordering system

   Please pay attention to the fact that we offer you the products only by carton, not individually.

 

4. Delivery method

It is possible to collect your order at the store between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday without charge.

We can also deliver to you in the Brussels-Capital region on Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Delivery is free from € 250 excluding VAT. We will ask you for 20 € delivery cost otherwise.

Please tell us in your order email if you prefer a specific delivery time. We will do our best to adapt.

 

5. Method of payment

We send you the invoice via info@oxfambxl.be after delivery.

Thank you in advance for paying the amount due within 30 calendar days to the  account number BE08 0012 1734 1613 with the invoice number in reference.

If the invoice is not paid by the due date, late payment interest of up to 1.5% per month started and will be due automatically and without prior notice.

When the intervention of a third party is necessary to recover the claim, the latter will be increased by 20% administrative costs with a minimum of € 20.

Any dispute must be made in writing within 8 days of delivery.
